Chileka Police worried over increased deaths of unidentified people on the road

Police in Chileka have expressed worry over an increased number of road accident deaths of unknown people due to lack of identification.

The development comes after the station has ordered burial of about eight unknown people who died on the road just from January this year.

It is believed many travelers do not consider taking with them a document bearing their particulars, like national identification card or any other related document so that in case of any unforeseeable circumstances, they must be traced.

It is therefore the wish of police in Chileka to see to it that members of the general public take this message seriously and consider taking with them at least any document bearing their particulars including phone numbers of their family members for easy identification.
