Malawian man finds Coronavirus cure; worried govt. will choose Covid-19 funds over healing

Malawian man in commercial city of Blantyre has found Coronavirus cure. According to information made available to this publication, the man who did want to be named yet for security reason is working hand in hand with Traditional Authority Machinjiri to communicate his cure to Malawi government.

A document seen by reveals the District Health Officer has written Malawi’s College of Medicine, Pharmacy and Poisons Board as well as District Officer for Blantyre City notifying them of the development.

However, the man behind the cure is worried government might frustrate the cure to continue receiving donations towards Covid-19 from international donors.

“It’s the same thing with HIV/Aids, there is cure in Africa but because huge sums of dollars come to Africa in the name of fighting the diseases, no government has accepted healer’s efforts. I have hidden my name deliberately for security reasons,” he said.

Spokesperson for Malawi’s Heath Ministry Joshua Malango said the issue should be referred to Pharmacy and Poisons and Boards.

“Every medicine that is discovered is referred to Pharmacy and Poisons Boards where it will be tested and recommend for use. We wait for results from there, otherwise, its good news should the cure pass the test,” said Malango.
